Billy enjoys the large crowds that he can only find at the Minnesota State Fair. Billy heard that someone, somewhere had a "Almost Foot Long Hot Dog" booth. He was going to hit that one, then the "Free Root Beer Float" booth, folllowed by the "Boss On A Stick" booth.
