Importance of the Quality Control function

This hapless ancient civil servant examines design plans for a triangular shaped, below ground pharaoh's crypt. His careless work habits and the lack of Quality Control procedures resulted in a product one may assume did not advance his department's Customer Focus goals. To this day, busloads of tourists arrive hourly at the construction site where visitors critique and ridicule the inappropriate protrusions that disrupt the desert motif of the area.

Remember - it could have been prevented through modern management methods utilizing QUALITY CONTROL.
